How to insert a crystal into a rubber bracelet:

1. Insert the crystal into the bracelet. The yellow part with the logo is inserted inside, the white part to the body.
2. Feel the pulse on your hand - the crystal should be placed there.
3. Fit the bracelet on your wrist so the crystal is in place of the pulse.
4. Tighten the strap so that the bracelet is fixed on your wrist, but does not overtighten it.

How to insert a crystal into a silicone bracelet:

• Unfasten the bracelet;
• Insert the crystal into the pocket. Note that the white side of the crystal must face the body. The yellow side with the logo faces upwards.
• Clasp the bracelet on your hand. Make sure it fits snugly against your wrist at the pulse point, but does not overtighten it.

How to insert a crystal into a pendant:

• Open the pendant by unwinding one half of it around its axis;
• Insert the crystal with its white side facing the glass, with its yellow side facing the design.
• Close the crystal, insert the chain and wear it on the thymus gland area on the chest.
