Order desk working schedule
The order desk is open from Monday till Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. All orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Pick up is available daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
1. Pick up in Moscow
You can pick up your order in the clinic daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at: 3/2 Bolshoj Kozlovsky Lane (Boyarskiy pereylok 2), 2nd entrance, 1st floor, Moscow.

Any order is formed on the same day of registration.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Online on the website
- Cash payment upon receipt of goods.
2. Courier delivery in Moscow and Moscow region
Courier delivery in Moscow and Moscow region is carried out by the delivery service "Dali" or other courier services.
The cost of delivery is from 400 RUB.
The exact cost and date of delivery will be reported to you by a manager when confirming the order.
Time of coordination of orders by manager on the orders from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you place an order before 5 p.m., delivery in Moscow is carried out on the next day. You can also call the courier yourself and pick up your order from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Payment can be made in the following ways:

If you pay by cash on delivery, the cost of delivery increases by up to 30%.
Free delivery is made in the aggregate if the following conditions are met:
- From the amount over 8000 RUB and the weight of the parcel up to 10 kg;
- At full payment of the order;
- When buying at retail prices;
- In Moscow within the MRR (Moscow Ring Road).
On holidays processing and delivery times may be increased.
3. Deliveries by mail, delivery point and courier throughout the Russian Federation.
Delivery of the order within the Russian Federation is carried out by:
- "Russian Post", "EMS" express parcels.
- "SDEK" delivery service .
- "Boxberry" delivery service.
The minimum delivery amount is 250 RUB. The cost depends on volume, weight and region.
Delivery of products with a certain temperature range is calculated separately.
The coordination of orders is carried out by the order manager from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. When you place an order before 5 p.m., delivery of the order is carried out on the next day.
When confirming the goods manager will contact you to clarify the cost, timing and place of delivery.

Delivery cost depends on volume, weight and country.
Delivery of products with a certain temperature range is calculated separately.
Depending on load, orders are collected and shipped from 1 to 3 days.
You will be contacted by manager to fix shipping cost.
Delivery is made on 100% prepayment.
