Properties of the balm ‘Alkion’

Powerful rejuvenating formula balsam promotes the renewal of the cardiovascular system, accelerating the process of endothelial regeneration, as well as:

It has a high skin absorption index, providing a deep impact of bioactive substances on the skin. With repeated application, the balm becomes viscous-adhesive. Thanks to this texture, patting and tearing movements of the hands can create a vacuum-like effect. This massage actively stimulates a complex of physiological processes: blood circulation, microcirculation, respiration, metabolism, detoxification and excretion.

Rubbing with the balsam relieves muscle and emotional tension, facilitates falling asleep, promotes a sound and restful sleep.

During capillarotherapy (balsamotherapy) of the body with balsam ‘Alkion’ occurs:

How do I use the balm?

1. Heat up the room.
2. Heat the balm under running hot water or on a water bath.
3. Before the treatment, shake the balm well by turning it upside down; then during the treatment, just shake it without turning it upside down.
4. Pour the warm balm into the palm of your hand and rub it into the skin with massaging movements from the periphery to the centre, repeatedly saturating the skin. It is necessary to give the balm time to absorb, then there will be a sticky feeling and you can do peeling and patting.
5. Continue rubbing the body or problem area from 10-30 minutes.
6. After rubbing, rinse the balm off thoroughly with warm water.
7. Wrap yourself in a warm blanket.

The balm can be applied both on the whole body and separately on the face, neck and other parts of the body.

The balm can be used both for home use and for professional, salon care. Dr Vedov occasionally conducts training in capillarotherapy, a special massage procedure with balsams. In the course of the training, students are initiated into the intricacies of the practical use of each balsam.

Balsam ‘Alkion’ is used for capillarotherapy of the body

Capillarotherapy of the body is used in cosmetology and medicine for the prevention and therapy of cardiovascular diseases, for regeneration, prevention of diseases and therapy of the musculoskeletal system, for regeneration, prevention of diseases and therapy of the bronchopulmonary system.

Uniqueness of balsam production

In the manufacture of herbal infusions for balm ‘Alkion’ Dr Vedov uses special cedar extractants that extract from plants 4 times more useful substances than ethyl alcohol. The resulting potent extracts are both natural preservatives and active components of the balm.

Thanks to the infusion of each plant in special cedar infusions, the composition of the balsam retains all the energy, vitamin, macro- and microelemental richness of Baikal herbs.

These infusions without a drop of alcohol are saturated with the vitality of wild herbs, grown in the harsh conditions of the mountains and steppes of the Baikal region. The peculiarities of the climate make plants fight for their life, break through the sands, bloom, absorb the energy of winds and nature.

Also, this type of extraction affects the increase in absorption (absorption) of the balsam by the skin, which allows the balsam to be used in many areas of medicine and beauty industry.

Balsam ‘Alkion’ in its composition does not contain essential oils, unlike the balsam ‘Premium’, so its effect is milder, and it is less allergic balm. If there are no contraindications ‘Alkion’ can be used every day, ‘Premium’ can be used 2-3 times a week, if you make a complete impregnation of the entire body.

If your skin is sensitive, alternate the use of Alkion Balm with the application of Purukkhan Balm. For example, you can mix Purukkhan Balm or Purukface Serum with Alkion Balm in equal proportion or use Purukkhan/Purukface pure.

Facial capillarotherapy

The result of capillarotherapy of the face with ‘Alkion’/‘Premium’ balms:

• Smooth, firm and elastic skin due to exfoliation of dead epidermis cells (peeling) and saturation of the skin with natural nourishing components included in the composition of the balms.
• Light peeling of the skin.
• Rejuvenation and restoration by nourishing, cleansing and regeneration of all skin layers, capillaries, vessels.
• Smoothing of deep wrinkles and levelling of skin relief.
• Whitening of the skin and levelling of its tone.
• Strengthening of vessel walls, restoration of the vascular system.

How to do capillarotherapy of the face with ‘Alkion’ balm:

1. Heat the balsam under a stream of hot water or on a water bath.

2. Shake the balm each time before application (before the procedure shake the balm well, turning it upside down; then during the procedure just shake without turning).

3) Pour the balm into the palm of your hand, rubbing and continually saturating the chest and décolleté area, neck and face.

A) Rub your face in a massaging motion until the balm dries slightly.
B) Make patting movements.
Perform these actions from 3 times on each area.

4. At the end of the procedure apply massage movements ‘Rejuvenating Gel with cedar oleoresin’, and then a mask ‘Golden Horizon’, which will additionally saturate the skin with useful vitamins and microelements, moisturise the skin.

5. Wash off the preparations with warm water, moisturising the skin with ‘Nature Botox’ serum for additional lifting.

Attention: at low and normal pressure, apply the balm first on the chest and décolleté area, moving on to the neck and finishing with the face and scalp.
In case of high pressure, the opposite is true: first apply the balm on the head, then on the neck and décolleté area.

During facial capillarotherapy it is advisable to always rub the scalp to get rid of toxins (when you rub your body and face, toxins rise higher). Use ‘Vedova balm for head and hair #7’ for the scalp.

You can sometimes use balm ‘Alkion’ to rub the scalp, it will improve the condition of blood vessels, cleanse the head of toxins. Good prevention of atherosclerosis and headaches.

If the skin is sensitive use balm ‘Purukhan’ in a mixture with balm ‘Alkion’.

If there are contraindications use only balm ‘Purukhan’ for capillarotherapy.

Foot baths with Alkion or Premium balsams

Baths can be done at home at any time, especially they help after the end of the working day, when there is heaviness in the legs. This procedure can be not only relief, but also treatment and prevention of varicose veins and oedema. Foot baths will improve the overall health and appearance of your feet.

Foot baths with balsams ‘Alkion’ or ‘Premium’:

1. Heat the balm under a stream of hot water or on a water bath.
2. Shake the balm.
3. Pour the hot balm into a foot tub (or dilute it with hot water) and keep your feet in the bath for 20-30 minutes. After the bath, rinse your feet with warm water.

Rubbing for colds, viral diseases, pneumonia

For preventive purposes, as well as to relieve symptoms and accelerate treatment for inflammatory processes, to start the regeneration of tissues of organs damaged in the course of the disease, it is recommended to do capillarotherapy or rubbing balms ‘Alkion’, ‘Premium’, ‘Ambulance’, ‘Balm Vedova for the body’.

When rubbing balsams increase local immunity, have anti-inflammatory and expectorant effect, increase the level of oxygen in the blood and activate immune cells, reduce fever and significantly alleviate the condition, contribute to the restoration of organ tissues.

The active ingredients of balsams activate blood circulation, lymphatic and venous outflow, which contributes to liquefaction and removal of accumulated mucus in the lungs, reducing intoxication, as well as the removal of swelling.

Treatment of cellulite with balm ‘Alkion’:

Make rubbing and patting of problem areas for 30 minutes, wash off the balm with warm water or water with cleansing agents. Apply ‘Anti-cellulite’ cream and massage the problem area for 5-10 minutes.

For a stronger effect, use balm ‘Premium’.

If the skin has become sensitive with active regular exposure, you can use rubbing balm ‘Purukhan’, which restores the skin and activates its regeneration.

Use of the balm in the bath:

The balm enhances the detoxification effect in the bath, triggering skin rejuvenation and body regeneration. It cleanses the capillary network and accelerates the outflow of toxins. This improves blood circulation, smoothes wrinkles and activates natural skin renewal.

After a visit to the steam room, when the pores are opened, the use of balm becomes more effective. But it is important to take a shower before applying the balm to stop sweating, which prevents its penetration into the skin.
